To obtain your PUK code to unblock your SIM: 1. Login to My Account 2. Select 'Pre-Paid or Post-Paid' from the left hand side 3. Select 'Unlock PUK' 4. Enter the blocked mobile number 5. Submit 6. Enter PUK code provided into your mobile 7. Enter new pin, press OK. 8. Verify new pin, press OK
