How Do You Evolve A Chansey?

In order to evolve chansey you must raise it very well and take good care of it because chansey evolves when it reaches max happiness..... I don't think that theres anything that measures that but all you have to do is make your chansey really happy and make it like you as much as possible.... There's no specific level to raise it to just until it loves you maximum...

Make it love you then level it up. Check the footprint guy. To get to him go to pastoria city then go east then south you will find a house. Just go in there and he will check pokemon's friendship level. If he said Chansey and the name of the trainer make a perfectly matched combo and all that stuff. Level it up and it will evolve into blissey.

Put it in a day care or put it in a pokemon contest

Train it up with love and it will evolve.
