Were Do You Get Mew On Pokemon Emerald Without Cheats?

You all are stupid. There are only two ways to get a mew. Nintendo event or cheating.

beat the elite four 20 times, check how many times you've done it in your hall of fame in the pc
go to route 118 save the game and pull it out while its on.
Turn the game-boy off and turn back on, save the game. You can now walk through water,
you will find a mew shiny mews are common and also unknown numbers,

You can't because you suppose to have action replay do listen to other people because I  tried it and it didn't work .if you want to get action replay go to gamestop or ebay to get action replay for game boy
