How do you get the Mystic Ticket on Pokemon Emerald?

To retrieve the Mystic ticket in the Pokemon Emerald in Action Replay for Game Boy Advance, you need to firstly enter the Pokemon Emerald version cartridge into the Action Replay slot. Once you've done that you should access the main Action Replay menu and then select 'code entry'. After that you should enter the master code 9266FA6C97BD 905B5ED35F81 B76A68E5FAB1. Once you have entered this code you should continue on and punch in the code BE39B3A8 280987E1 for the mystic ticket. In addition, you will also need to put in the navel rock enabler code otherwise the mystic ticket feature will be worthless. The code is E961B0C7 750B1250. If you have completed all these steps you should start your game and go to the Pokemon Center and access the PC, which will have an items box that will carry the mystic ticket.
The mystic ticket is an event item that can be used aboard the ferry in Lilycove City, which will grant you access to Navel Rock. This location is home to Pokemon Ho-Oh and Lugia and it contains a number of games and challenges. When the Pokemon Emerald version was first released the mystic ticket was only handed out at certain Nintendo events, however if you follow the steps above then you will be able to retrieve the item. Its easy 2 get jirachi..when your in mossdeep the guy saying the successful launches says 50(IT GOES UP ONCE PER WEEK)and on 50 or 100 he says can yu go in space...say yes and bring a lvl70 because hes tough but if you have a master ball it doesnt matter(ONLY ONE MASTER BALL)than battle...hope this helps

I did that but all it says it wonder cards and wonder new and when I click both they each say you don't got a wonder card so a new card will be input then it says wirelss communtication and friend what do I do

You have to go to the pokemon mart.then you will see a there will be a questionnaire right beside the shopkeeper.then go the questionnaire and write 'Link  Together  With    All'.Then the shopkeeper will say 'you know those words''then you must know about the mystery gift.then you save your game.then load your game again.you will see in the menu when you start the game.you know the place from where you can start a new game or continue or go to options over there you will see a new thing called mystery gift.it will unlock many new secret items.but your adapter must be connected. So thats how you get mystic ticket on Pokemon.
