Once you beat the champion, go to the survival area. Have the pokemon you want to train holding an exp share and have it be first in your party. Battle any of the gym leaders or trainers in the battle lounge. (I think thats the name of the building) Also bring high leveled strong pokemon. Once in battle, you will send out the weak pokemon, so switch that pokemon out with the strong pokemon, beat the enemy pokemon. After each enemy pokemon faint, switch it out with the weak pokemon, and do the process again.  This works! Most of my weaker pokemon are around level 60!

If you have deafeted the leauge, and helped Buck in the mountain, goto the buck's club. Gym leaders visit there and you can battle them again, and they're stronger(lv60-70). If your pokemon isn't strong enough to fight them by themselves, make it hold exp. Share and put a strong level pokemon to fight. It is best if it is lv 100, because it gives all the exp gained to the pokemon with the exp share.

Lots of people here are suggesting Day Care, however, The Day Care teaches your Pokemon random moves for some reason. And you may be able to use a Heart Scale, but it'll take a while to get all of them.

So I'd suggest switching to a higher level thing in a battle, like against a Gym Leader, of the Elite Four.

-Hope this helped! =DD

Catch a chansey with the lucky egg and then go to fight using the vs seeker so you can fight against trainers all the times you want. For example in pokemon leef green and fire red in the cycle road

Sorry to be arrogant, but most of you are just saying the same thing, the person before me is saying exactly what the Exp. Share does.

One caught my eye, the one person who had the same idea as I did. Use a level 100, and give the weaker the Exp. Share, this will be the same effect as battling w/ a level 1, needless to say, your Pokemon will go say 20 to 47 if your battling the improved elite four, 20 to 35 the other way.

If you don't have a level 100, its okay the other way, but much less effective.
The day care is an extremely slow process, your Pokemon earns 2 exp per step, so this is illogical if your hoping to get anything above level 50.

The only way to properly get your pokemon at a high level is by using a level 100 pokemon to battle and trade with your friends to get 5 expierience shares. This way you can level up all the pokemon you can fit in your party at once.
P.S Every single pokemon I have is level 100 thanks to this method. For a normal pokemon it takes 42 elite fours in total. For legendaries it takes 53 elite four battles.

Find rare candies.....give to daycare....give exp. Share.....or put the weak pokemon in 1st slot and immediately change to stronger pokemon in battle.

An easy way to level up is look for rare candies which level up your pokemon 1 level each or go and use VS seeker to find trainers you already battled

Don't mean to be like , well mean. But really. The MOST logical way to level up your pokemon is (don't want to seem old fashioned) fight OTHER pokemon that are around your pokemon's level and get exp until you level up.

It's how I do it , at least.

I know three ways.
1.Exp share
2.It`s hard to explain but for example PIPLUP comes face to face with lv 100 ARCEUS, PIPLUP changes places with EMPOLEON, EMPOLEON beat`s ARCEUS, PIPLUP gained 10000000000exp point`s.But not only PIPLUP lv`s up it also raises it`s stat`s depending what item it`s holding like macho brace power anklet and such and such.
3. Day care, but it`s stat`s don`t raise that well, YIKES!!!
