Well you can call up orange and they will negotiate with you they might ask for proof of purchase of sim or if you got it with a phone they will ask for the details of that the second way is to order 4 free sims of orange's site containing £20 credit £5 credit each my sim got blocked and I lost my phone box and sim pack so I ordered 4 sims I am still waiting for them but they should be here by tomorrow
