I been searching for it too but so far all the websites chrage you for it.(most of them)
Amd the one that does not charge have low rated ringtone that I'm sure you don't like.
The safe and best way is to go to VERIZON MEDIA CENTER AND DL the ringtone you like,its just 0.99 (I'm sure you know that allready)
