Why Does My Projection Tv Picture Go Black?

You'd have to take it to a Projection TV Repair Specialist. Don't attempt to fix it yourself if you don't know exactly what you're doing. Inside the TV are many electronic components which may look similar, but have very different and specific purposes. I tried to open and fix one of these TV's once and got shocked pretty bad and burnt my hand.

I have a Panasonic 52 inch, the screen goes black and does not come back. The sound is normal. Some days it does not come on at all.
