I have an address from a friend and her email address is alexandria this is were the underscore is suppose be 49 @ yahoo.com but I can't get 49 underscored what am I doing wrong?

I don't know what word processor you are using, but if you are using something like Word, highlight the word and click on "you" on the tool bar.
You can easily put underscore by Pressing "Shift and - (button) at the same time". - button is right after zero(0). When you do it, It will put "_" underscore sign.
But If you want to put underscore sign under Email's text like "xyz@ymail.com", then that is not possible when creating Email address.
You can underline your Email when tying, as above. But you cannot do it when creating, logging in etc.
