A regular anti-virus isn't going to remove it completely for you. It's takes some work to completely remove it from your system. www.malwarebytes.org will help and then Spybot....www.safer-networking.org Then follow the steps on one of these sites without downloading their tools and you'll get rid of it. Those two cleaners are free downloads and will prevent your system from getting those trojans. They take time and patience to remove.

Get antivirus software. If you pay for it, it's generally better. I use a free one called AVG. It works great and got rid of all my virus's in one click. If AVG can't detect the problem, try other antivirus softwares. If it's something to do with a browser, check your extensions for anything you didn't add. Also go to control panel -> uninstall a program, then look through the list to see if you see any programs you didn't download.
