There is no current known way of distinguishing who has viewed your Whatsapp profile.
Whatsapp's privacy laws does not allow the divulgence of this information.
If a person adds their number into your phone, your contact will automatically appear on their Whatsapp account.
This means that anybody who has your phone number and a Whatsapp profile has access to your Whatsapp profile. The only way to know for sure who can see or who has seen your profile, is to know who exactly has your number stored in their phone.
How you can see a Whatsapp profile freely
If somebody has your number in their phone and a Whatsapp account, they can freely see your Whatsapp profile and you will never know it.
If you, too, have their number stored in your phone, their contact will immediately show on your Whatsapp account and you may assume that you have both seen each other's Whatsapp profiles - if they are in fact active on the app!
If you do not want somebody to see your Whatsapp profile, you can go into your Whatsapp settings and block the user.
This means that they can not see your Whatsapp picture or contact you, but they can still see your status updates. In order to do so, you must have their phone number to add to your block list.
I hope this answers your question.
