Unfortunately, Twitter hasn't provided an "undo" option for the new Facebook-style feeds.
BUT there is good news...
1) You can still customize how you use Twitter if you use a third-party app like Twitterific or Tweetbot.
2) This isn't the final design. Twitter is going through a process of what techies like to call "iterations", in order to find the design that works for the majority of Twitter users.
So, really, the best thing you can do if you'd like to have your say and get Twitter looking like the old design is to vocalize your opinion, and let Twitter know how you feel.
