Why does tinder take so long to load?

The long load time was a recognised problem in an earlier version of Tinder for Android.

If you're using an Android device, I strongly recommend search the Play Store for a more current version of Tinder.

Upgrading should fix this bug.

If you're on iOS or you've tried updating Tinder and are still having problems, then I would recommend the following steps:

1. Make sure no other apps are running in the background
   
2. Turn off background app refresh for any apps that you don't need.
3. Ensure location settings are turned on for Tinder.
4. Close the app and then relaunch it.

Hopefully this should solve your Tinder problems, now you just need to find a few matches to flirt with!
