It is quite easy to load up a blank page so you can type and print. First, if you are using a windows computer, click on the start button situated at the bottom left of the screen.

Then if you have Microsoft Word as part of your Microsoft Office package click on the Microsoft Word icon in the programs section of the start-up menu if is not already a shortcut option on your desktop. Word will automatically load up a blank document and so you are ready to type straight away.

Once you have finished typing your work and you wish to print, first make sure your computer or laptop is connected to a printer. When you have established this connection click on ‘File’ in Word then print preview. You can then select how many copies you wish to print and any other advanced options you wish to tweak. When you are happy with the settings simply click print.

If you do not have Microsoft Word you can go to the start menu and select NotePad; which again will load up a blank page for you to type on the print.

If you are using a Mac you can still use Microsoft Word if it is installed or text edit if it is not. Text edit can be found in the applications section.
