Click the View->Normal Layout menu item. This will display Page Breaks as dotted lines across the screen with the words "Page Break" in them. If there's one right before your empty page, delete it.
2. Go back to the View mode you were in. If your problem is solved, have a nice day. If not, continue here.
3. Click the button on the toolbar that looks like this: ¶. This will turn on some hidden formatting characters. Most of them you can ignore, but the ones that look like that ¶ are important. They show the end of each paragraph. If there are extra ones where your blank page is, delete them.
4. When you're done, click the ¶ button again to remove the hidden characters.
