You have two choices ans both take you to the same place. You can call the phone company and they will tell you what to do or call the police. The problem is the cell phone is different from a land line when it comes to threats. L suspect that they will tell you not to hang up on the threat and call from another phone so that they can run the trace. Anther thing you can do to make your story more believable is to record it. Got Radio shack and get suction cup connector plug that into a tape player and now you can record the threat to play to the police. You got the information now make the call.
