No I wouldn't just delete it or ignore it by responding the person might think they are talking to the person they ment to send it to or they might just be sending random emails to everyone (Don't respond I wouldn't)

No, I would delete it straight away and just forget about, as you never know who it could be from.It could be a genuine mistake or it could be spam or something more serious like someone trying to stalk you and get further details about yourself.
