In order to be able to check your MetroPCs account activity online, you will first need to set up your mobile phone number with an account. Once you have completed this process, you will then be able to access your information by logging in on www.metropcs.com. Online accounts are not automatically assigned to a mobile phone number, if you do want to be able to access your account information online it is something that you will have to sign up for yourself. Signing up for an online account enables you to access information such as your remaining balance and call history.
· Signing up for an account. On the main homepage of the MetroPCs website, you will see a button on the top right hand corner of the screen that says 'Log in'. Clicking on this will take you to the main log in screen where current users can gain access to their account. Next to the log in form you will find the option to register. The registration process requires you to give your mobile phone number, personal details and to set up a username and password. This username and password can then be used to log into your account online. During the registration process you will be sent an activation code to your mobile phone. This code will come through in a text message and should be typed in, when asked, to the registration form. If you do not receive this activation code, either click for it to be resent or contact MetroPCs for further help. Without doing this part of the process you will not be able to access your account online.
