First of all you can try to get a hold of verizon and see if they will give you the number to the phone then you will know the lock code....If they have changed the number simply dial *228 and program the phone and lock code will go back to the last four of the number....

I have an LG Chocolate and to unlock the phone you must know the last four digits of the phone number.
I'm not sure if that's the same for an EnV.

Ok, well my idea might take a while to do but since the lg env has a four diget code number you could start from 0000 and work your way up. For example: 0000, 0001, 0002, 0003, and so on. My friend sold me a stolen env touch and I wanted to get into the security section but It was locked and the could not find the code but I tried the method above and luckily the code was 0000 so I finally got in and restored the phone, any way that is a suggestion but if it means a lot to you should try this.
