If you go to menu then scroll over to settings and tools so it is high lighted hit the # symbol and or the * (star) symbol and it will get you into the higher functions on the phone. The code to get into that part of the phone should be either 5 or 6 zero's in a row and then hit ok. From there I wish I could help more.
