Can You Unlock A Lg Lotus?

Technically, yes you can unlock a Lotus but it will only work on Sprint and Nextel networks because it is a CDMA. At&t and T-Mobile are GSM. Not quite sure what the difference is between these two as far as speed of network and ablities. But you could google it.

I have been trying to unlock my lotus for days..What I did find out is that still doesnt enable me to use other web browsers and applications other than what are sprint apps..Is there any way around this..I want sprint phone coverage but different apps is that even possible?

I don't know how to do that and I'm the one that asked the question because I kinda locked my phone and I'm trying to unlock it before we have to go to the extreme just to unlock but I love my phone so I really am trying my best.
