You cannot view the call history on a Straight Talk mobile phone. The phones provided by Straight Talk are all fairly basic, and do not allow you to view a call history on the phone. However, there are a few ways you can access a call history if you so wish.
• Via email
You can send an email to [email protected], containing your request for a copy of your call history. You should also provide a legitimate reason why you wish to view your call history. If Straight Talk accepts your request, they may send you a paper copy of your call history, containing the numbers with which you have communicated from your Straight Talk cell phone.
• Via letter or written request
You can send a written request to Straight Talk and post it to the offices at the address below. You should follow the procedure state above for an email request - in your written letter, ensure that you include a legitimate reason why you need to view your call history. Straight Talk may then send you a paper copy of your call history.
The address to send written requests to is:
Straight Talk Inc
Attention: Executive Resolution Department
9700 NW 112th Avenue
