Master balls can be won from the daily lottery in the Goldenrod Radio tower. However, this is based purely on luck and you’re not guaranteed to leave with a master ball attached to your name. There are other ways to get master balls - by cheating and buying an action replay for your DS. It is wise, however, to bear in mind that action replay can sometimes corrupt your system so maybe it’s best not to go down that route at all.
Pokemon HeartGold is a role-playing video game, published by Nintendo, for the Nintendo DS. It was released in Japan in September 2009 and then to the rest of the world in March 2010. The game takes place in a fictional universe in the Johto region where the protagonist overcome obstacles and fights other trainers to become the best trainer in Johto and Kanto.
This is done by raising Pokémon, creatures with special abilities, defeating fellow trainers along the way and battling against Red, the final boss, atop Mountain Silver. Master balls are essential for catching and storing Pokémon. The player begins the game with one Pokémon (choose from a Chikorita, Cyndaquil, or Totodile) given to you by Professor Elm at New Bark Town. You can capture more Pokémon throughout the game with master balls.
