You can catch them in the burned tower but they are very hard to find there

I got 10730 steps and went to poke radar and did it and a onix showed up in the Rugged Road route
You can find them on the pokewalker in the rugged road thing I forget what its called. But they are more sare so you might have to walk a lot to find it lol
