What I would prefere is get surf and fly, go to cain wood, then fly back to olivine after talking to jasmine fly to cain wood, get the secret potion, then fly back to olivine and talk to jasmine again.
All you have to do is go into the lighthouse and go up the stairs, the ladder and then the next ladder.Then you go to right right where yuo see the light shining. But not the window, where it actually shines on the floor.
