Is There Going To Be A Sims 4?

I've heard that The Sims 3 is going to have 10 expansion
packs and 10 stuff packs  and the Sims 4
probably isn't going to come out until (this is a rough estimation) possibly
2013.

Oh I am almost possative there will be a sims 4 but it won't come out until AFTER they release all of the expansion packs like they do everytime they come up with a new game
