One is in the tent beside the computer

Another is inside the Moon Temple (mummy tomb)

Another is the radio

And the last one is the wheel to the left of the main temple

The wheel beside the temple thing, inside the other temple thing where you have to climb down the rope and you go to the jack in the box on the right of all the mirrors, beside the tent, and I think that's it..
