There Is No Sound Coming Out Of My Speakers When I M On The Internet, Otherwise The Sound Is There When I'm Offline..please Help Me To Fix This Issue, I Have Broadband Conn.

The problem is not of speakers but the Internet application you are using. Just check if the online player sound is mute or in the first level. Adjust the volume bar of the player and you will definitely hear the voice.
