Go to Computer>Control Panel>Internet Options>General and the top box there will allow you to change your home page. If Comcast is not listed as an option there you can create it by typing in http://comcast.com on a separate line.

Go to comcast.net web page and then click on the arrow next to the little house(home) on the tool bar near the top of your computer screen.A window will pop up giving you the option to make that page your home page!
