I Have A Toshiba 32A33 TV That Keeps Changing Channels. I've Unplugged It But When You Plug Back In It Does The Same Thing,?

have someone to help you, remove the tact switches of channel up and channel down

just be sure your remote is ready, when it works , have it replaced or have it sprayed

by a good contact cleaner, but having a new one is the best.
