On the gmail website, there will be a "Create an account" on the front page in the bottom right corner. You can put up a fake name for your first and last name, they don't care. Type in whatever you want for your desired login name, such as [email protected]. Choose a password that you'll remember but won't be easily figured out, such as using "password" as your password. Choose a security question and answer just in case your account gets compromised. Lastly, you'll have to do the word verification thing. It may take a couple of tries because it can be really hard to read. After you're done making your account, you can sign in and get started.
