If you want to get a picture that is already on your computer in your files, then click upload photo. Then browse for your photo in your photo in your documents, click on it, and you'll get it from there.

I downloaded samsung new pc studio, I tried connectiong my phone but it says that it is unregistered, can anyone help?
Yeah, but I think if you just want to get pictures straight to Facebook from your phone, I think you plug your phone in, go to change picture on your profile and select your device, and the photos on it. If you just want to upload to your page, I think you can use a connectivity thing on your phone where it says 'upload to facebook' and you rename the photos, upload them and sort them once they appear on your wall. (You'll probably have to refresh the page.) I don't know how old this post is but I hope I helped. :)
You should get a usb cord plug it in and install the device then a thing will come up saying different things click on upload photos...hope you understand....!
