As a VIP member of BarbieGirls.com, you had all kinds of perks that ordinary members didn't such as the ability to visit exclusive lands, play all the games on the website without any restrictions, earn B bucks, buy all the latest clothes and even you own pet, decorate your room without any limitations and invite your friends on the website over to your room.

However, on 1st June 2011 the BarbieGirls.com world was permanently closed down but the Barbie website itself is still up and running which does offer some games and a free membership to Stardoll.com is also offered. If you had purchased a 3 or 6 months membership when the website closed then you will need to contact Mattel Inc. Directly with queries regarding your refund.
