If your banned I don't see how you can. Best just to move to another chat room.
You need to either enter a different name or go to a different chat room. Trust me I've been banned from plenty but if you want to go back in just make up a new screen or nick name and you should be able to go back in. Also if you only have a ban for a certain number of days, weeks or months, wait until that has expired and go back in. I hope this answered your question.
