Email them first, telling them your account is deactivated it is very important to be emailing them with the email address associated with the Meez.  If you do not know the email you out of luck!

You don't have to email them 1rst only thing you do is call them and tell them y you called and they will get it reactivated

Sorry you can't cause they don't care. This geek I know deactivated my account and now I can't reactivate it. I even tried emailing them and they ignored it so you have to deal wth your deactivated account and make a new one.
