This is difficult, but you could try installing a piece of software known as FExplorer. This is a free file manager that allows you to browse through the file system of the card.
Once you have done this, you will need to launch FExplorer and then go to the c:system folder. The file you need to look for is mmcstore. You then just need to rename the mccstore to mmcstore.txt, and then just go about reopening it. Your password should appear as t he numerous characters that are found at the end of the file.
If this doesn't work then you could have to buy a new card. Sometimes it is either impossible to format the password protected memory card, and sometimes it is so difficult that it's just not worth the effort. There is one last thing you can try, however - and in fact, this is often the first thing people try. If you are using an SD card, even a mini SD card, then there should be a plastic switch on the side of the card. Often this stops the card from having its contents altered. This does not password protect it but perhaps this is what you really mean. By simply flipping the switch you will be able to change the contents of the memory card to replace files, update files or simply wipe everything and format the drive. It's literally as simple as moving the small white switch on the left side of the card either up or down - just look at the instructions that are printed next to the switch.
If none of this works then you can pick up memory cards really cheap these days. Either look in electronic stores or just pick up a cheap card from eBay.
