How To Change The Text Message Ringtone For The Samsung Impression?

I just figured it out. It's kind of tricky:

1. Menu --> Settings --> Sound Profile --> Click on Normal --> Click on the drop box on the top where it says "Normal" Change it to MESSAGE
2. Click on Message Alert Tone --> Click the bottom right TONES. Pick a tone :D

I also figured it out if you wana certain tone for a certain contact... 1. Go to contacts. 2. Click on the contact you want. 3. Click "edit". 4. Click "add more feilds". 5. Then click "message tone". 6. Press done. 7. Then you will see message tone as one of the options. 8. Click it and choose your tone!!!

Oh my god thank you, I tried for 3 hrs today to turn the sound off my texting and could not find out even on the samsung sight...Never thought a person could stress so much on trying to find out something so small, Lol! Never had to go through so many steps for anything on any of my other phones. WOW!

I don't get any drop down menu after changing to Normal sound setting. Just a notice that its been changed and nothing else. I recently bought the phone maybe it's a new model or something?

Is there any way you can set each person a different text tone I know you can for the ring tones
