I 1 hit ko'd Almost all of them with Empoleon level 77.

    My best team is.   Empoleon Lev 72   Togekiss Lev 65   Giratina Lev 55 oh and hp 250   Raichu Lev 48   Staraptor Lev 39   pichu Lev 29.   Mind you my Pichu 1 hit k'od my staraptor with Thunder.      

I have not beaten the elite four. What I do is I go in,I level up my pokemon until there strong enough at level 70 to 75.
