Where To Buy Stones Pokemon Platinum?

You can't buy it ...
Water stones,thunder-stones and the other stones for evolving pokemon can be find under the ground and in pokeballs on the ground..
Stones as shiny stones can be found under the ground but you receive 1 or 2 in the game .. You can find a shiny stone in a poke ball in the last part off the gave on iron island

Under ground or some might be lying around Sinnoh. I don't think there is a place currently in Sinnoh that sell stones the veil-stone apartment doesnt sell it either
