Use the data cable of the cell phone and do attach with the PC
and send it in to the USB card appearing in your computer

You can attach your phone to the computer with using USB cord. Now, you can open your phone drive from My computer. Select your picture just copy and paste from computer. If your is unable to detect then you should install phone driver software which is comes with your phone cell. With the help of these software you can easily send any picture from computer to phone.
