How Can I Unfreeze My Samsung Mobile Phone?

I have a samsung behold. It is frozen. I can see the clock is working fine but I am unable to change from screen to screen. I am unable to make phone calls or read or send text messages. I have tried removing the battery and replacing it but nothing seems to help. My phone is a under a prepaid plan. What should I do?

Take the battery out wait for 2 minutes and but it back in and it should work

You can unfreeze it by holding the power button till it shuts off then you turn it back on 10-20 seconds later. It worked for me.

If it frozen the only way to unfreeze it is to remove the battery for about 10 seconds then put it back and you should be able to turn it on and it should work.

If your samsung Sgh G600 is froze then go to carphone warehouse stop being lazy

Take battery out, put back in, turn on. If failed, your phone needs replacing/repair

Take it out of the freezer, and leave at room temperature
