1. Press the "TV" button to put the remote in TV mode.
2. Press and hold the "Setup" button for about 2 seconds. The "TV" button should flash twice.
3. Press 9-9-1 on the number pad. The "TV" button should flash twice again.
4. Aim the remote at your TV and press the channel up button continuously until your TV powers off.
5. Press the "Setup" button to save and you should be good to go.
There isn't much function for the TV beyond powering it on and off and adjusting the volume.
