I have the LG cookie and I got it around last month. In order to put music onto your LG cookie all you do is download LG PC suite II using the mini CD-Rom that came in the box with the phone. Use the USB Data Cable to connect the phone to the computer

Connect the phone to the computer using the USB data cable

Open LG PC suite II

Phone should be shown as connected

Click on music and on your phone scroll down and click on music sync

This will open a box on the computer and you can add files from your computer onto the library

To add them to your phone just select the ones you would like to add and then either click to phone which is at the top of the screen or you can click the little arrow that points to the right of the screen and this should transfer the music.

To make sure that the music has gone on your phone disconnect the phone by clicking cancel and then yes.

Once you have exited music sync you go onto menu, entertainment, music, and click on all tracks and it should have all of the music there

Hope it helps ;) x

The lg cookie hasn't got lots of memory but in the box with when you bought it, you should have a computer cable. Link it in and then with the small cd that came with your phone, download the program on it to transfer files from your computer to your phone. It will be explained better in your user guide! :-) Hope this helped!!!

In your box you get with the phone you should have a usb cable and a little cd well put the cd in follow the instructions and in no time the installation will be over and done and then you'll be able to transfer music, photos and others on the the phone by plugging the usb into your phone and the computer x
Hope it helped

Hi I was having that problem but I have come up with a solution.
Get a bluetooth stick ( sometimes they arent that expensive depends on the one you get!!). Then get you music from your music folder off your computer or off your itunes folder if you have itunes and send them over.but the only thing is lg cookies don't have a lot of memory!!!!

Hope this helps you allx

Get on pc suite II, click music, select a song and right click. Options will appear and then click rip and to phone. If you cannot load the disc install a free download then insert the usb cord and then follow the steps above.

The easiest way to do it is disconnect the usb from your phone go on the settings and theres one that says connectivity and go on that and change it to music sync and then is pretty straight forward from there :) :) x

I don’t know if this would help anyone now, but if you download the disk given in your LG box, then upload.
When you go onto connectivity on the settings(on your phone), then USB connection if you turn this to mass storage it should then... When you plug the USB onto the computer open up your files, this is where in the ""sound"" you can copy music to that you want on your phone.
You may find the errors- Cannot execute. Conflict with (Create new message)" OR "not supporting exiting".
The reason for this is that the music you have put onto the phone is not mp3 but another format.
- if you want to convert a Utube file then
keepvid.com and enter the http link and it will put it onto mp3,
-if you want to convert a music file, say from itunes, real player, or another music device. You will need to use a converter. www.nch.com.au this will convert the file you have to mp3, for example to the person above the phone wouldn’t let you put Paolo Nutini on your phone this is for the same reason, this seems a lot of information to take in but it does work, as it took me about 6 months to work out how to do it.
