I type in the id for platinum ( either cpuenoj22, ntr-cpue-usa, cpue-d074d1b3, or cpue-do74d1b3-3811def6 ) my touch screen shows red and blue blinking stripes!! How do I fix it?!

Help I don`t know what enter new game id means!

Go to add new game and it will ask 4 the id WARNING- "Misuse" of cheats can erase all games and codes it happened to me but I REALLY don't see how you misuse cheats...

It is on the front on the bottom left corner. That is the gamer ID. I've tried many times and it finally worked.
You go to the game menu and type in the id of the game which is seen on the first screen of the action replay give it a name and input the id.
