It took me forever to find out, but you have to Download a MP3 converter and then move drop the music into the converter, move the converted to Music or Ringtones and safely remove hardware, and bam, it works. Try it, it took me 3 hours to find out and I finally got it.
Get a memory card and download the music to that. Thats what I did.
