In order to add music to your Samsung R560 phone you will first need to install an external flash card in the phone. Near the lower part of the phone, on the left hand side, there is a slot for the flash card. Once you have installed a flash card, you can then connect your phone to your pc, using the cable that came with the phone. If you do not have a cable, you will need to get one. Here is a link to where you can purchase the cable on Amazon.

With the flash card installed in the phone, your pc should recognize the phone as an external hard drive or usb flash card. With out the flash card installed, your computer will NOT recognize the phone, even though it has an internal drive in it.
After the computer syncs to the phone you will be able to open the phones default folders. One of the folders will be labeled "Music". This is the folder you will want to put your music files in. The ONLY type of music files the phone will play are MP3 files, so if the music you would like to add is not formatted as an MP3 file, you will need to convert them before adding them to the phone. There are a number of FREE MP3 converter software's out there. You'll just need to do a search for them online.
Hope this helped.
