How To Take Silent Mode In My Metropcs Samsung Phone?

Reset to factory setting go to menu go to tools and settings select settings go to phone settings select security lock code is last 4 digits of your phone # select reset phone press left upper key for yes. This should do it I just done mine after trying everything else

For all samsung phones to remove the silent mode all you need is to press the # key for about 2 seconds. And the same to put back the silent mode.

1. Go to the menu.
2. Click on settings
3. Click on phone settings
4. Click security settings
5. Type in your password (your password is the last 4 digits of your phone number)
6. Click on reset phone and your good to go. Your phone should turn off and come back on with no problems

Yeah how do I get my phone off of silent mode?

All you have to do is hold # for like 6 seconds and it will silent or un silent it self!!!
