AOL or America online users receive MIME files in the form of MIM or MME files. They need to open these files so that they can get the individual files inside. If you are an AOL user, with windows, you can open your MIME files by using WinZip. Do not forget to use the classic WinZip mode of operation. You can use the similar utility to open your MIME files if you are a Mac user. A MIME file needs to be translated into a format that your computer can understand, as your computer cannot understand the format in which the file is received, which is .MIM or .MME.
