Playing call of duty for years has improved my ability to make estimation. For example, I can estimate how much force and flick of the wrist to put when flipping a bottle to make it land in my hand a certain direction with precise accuracy. I did this by always knowing how far upwards should I look and how long to cook the grenade before throwing it through a window. Unless, everyone can do this?
