Easy enough, download a browser that can access links to the deep web (the most popular being Tor I believe), go to the hidden wiki and you'll find plenty of deep web links there. However you should disable java, and avoid downloading or uploading anything, I believe the Tor browser gives you a link to a list of ways to help use it safer. Don't click links without knowing what they will direct you to, there are many scams, and you may stumble upon some shady or illegal things.
